The Carty Unit- 28908 NW Main Ave. Includes the Refuge office, Cathlapotle Plankhouse, Oaks-to-Wetlands Trail, and the Seasonal Carty Lake Trail. The River ‘S’ Unit- 1071 S Hillhurst Rd.
